Standard Terms and Conditions are an important part of every contract. Among other things, it defines some of the standard policies of Steve McCarthy Photography LLC, without making the contract excessively long. This document was created to allow contracts to be shorter and easier to read and understand, while still incorporating all the standard terms and conditions in the contract by reference. These have the same force and effect as though fully set forth in the contract.
